The RRB NTPC recruitment process is divided into multiple stages. These include the Computer-Based Tests (CBT) at the first and second stages, the typing test (or Computer-Based Aptitude Tests (CBAT), depending on the position, as well as the document verification or the medical examination.
Computer-based aptitude tests will be administered to candidates who are applying for the post of station master. For consideration to the position of SM, candidates will need to pass each test battery of CBAT. CBAT questions and answers will only be available in English and Hindi. CBAT will not have negative marking.
The Board will then release the city notification slips and admit cards to the candidates once the exam calendar has been released.
Test of typing skills for junior account assistants and senior clerks. Candidates should be able type 30 words per minutes (WPM) or 25 WPM on a computer without editing tools or spell-check.
There will be two stages of CBT for the position of senior commercial or ticket supervisor and goods train manager. This is followed by document validation and medical examination.
The shortlisting of candidates at various stages will be based upon the normalised scores they have obtained when CBT is conducted multiple times for the same syllabus.
The Board will then release the answers keys, which will be open to objections. The candidates will then have to wait until the results and cutoff. After document verification and medical, only the shortlisted candidates are allowed to take up the position.
RRB NTPC CBT 1 Admit Card
Examinees must take the first, second, and skill phases of the computer-based test (CBT), which will be followed by the document verification/medical examination. Following the announcement of the final exam results, employment will be awarded on the basis of merit. The RRB has published a notification outlining the date of the RRB NTPC exam, its several parts, and the total number of applicants. Fifteen languages—Hindi, English, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Konkani, Marathi, Manipuri, Malayalam, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu—will be used for the RRB NTPC Computer-Based Tests (CBTs).

About six to seven days prior to the exam date, the RRB NTPC CBT Exam Date & City Intimation Link will be activated at http://www.rrbcdg.gov.in/. Using their registration number and birthdate, candidates who applied for the RRB NTPC Exam from different postings can check the Exam Date & City Intimation/Free Travel Authority. The Railway Recruitment Board (RRBs) will make the admit card for the RRB NTPC 2025 CBT 1 exam available on their official websites to applicants for the 11558 available spots. Go to the RRB region’s official website, which you applied for (the links to the official websites for each RRB Region are listed above).
Click the RRB NTPC Call Letter (Admit Card) link that has been supplied.
Choose the appropriate RRB Region.
Type in your birthdate and registration number.
Press the “Submit” button.
The screen will show the RRB NTPC Admit Card 2025. Get your RRB NTPC Admit Card here. Print off a copy of the same. Save the PDF in a save folder as well.
