PSEB Punjab Board 2025: Probable Datesheet
According to media reports, the probable dates for class 10 theory examinations are between February 13 and March 6, while class 12 examinations are expected to be held from February 13 to March 31. Practical examinations for both classes will be conducted after the theory examinations.
Exams started from February 13 in 2024
Based on the trends of previous years, the 2025 PSEB board exams are expected to be held between February and March. In 2024, the class 10 exams were held from February 13 to March 5, while the class 12 exams ran from February 13 to March 30. The exams will be conducted at designated centers across the state.
The datesheet will contain the name of the board, name of the exam, exam timings, streams, subjects and other important information. Students will also find the exact dates of their exams on the datesheet. Once the datesheet is released, it can be downloaded from the official website.

- A PDF file with the exam dates will open on the next screen.
- Download the PDF file and take a printout of it for future reference.
- Punjab Schools Holidays: The Punjab government had announced the closure of schools from 24 December 2024 to 31 December 2024, but in view of the increasing cold, these holidays were extended till 7 January 2025. Now schools are expected to open from January 8, but the winter continues in the state.

The minimum temperature in Amritsar was 6.5 degrees Celsius, while in Chandigarh it was 11.6 degrees Celsius.
Parents demand – school holidays should be extended
Due to this severe cold, parents are demanding extension of school holidays on social media. By tagging Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains on Twitter, parents have appealed that the winter holidays should be extended further for the safety of children.
The Punjab government has not yet issued any new notification on this subject, but the administration is reviewing the situation. Parents hope that keeping in mind the cold and fog, the government will soon take a decision to extend the holidays.
Holidays in many districts of UP till January 14
Due to severe cold and cold wave in Uttar Pradesh, school holidays in many districts have been extended till January 14. In view of the severe weather conditions, the administration has taken this decision so that children can be protected from cold. District Magistrates have ordered to keep schools closed in many districts including Lucknow, Kanpur, Prayagraj, Varanasi.
