Exam Pattern for TNPSC Group 4 in

It is recommended that all applicants first review the Exam Pattern before beginning to study the TNPSC Group 4 Syllabus. Only a written exam will be used to select Group 4. The exam will be an offline, Objective Type (OMR-based) written test. There will be 200 questions on the three-hour test. Every question is of the multiple-choice (MCQ) variety. The level is merely the 10th standard, and every portion will be objective. There are three topics included in the TNPSC Group 4 Exam paper:

  1. The Tamil Eligibility-cum-Scoring Test of SSLC Standard, which consists of 100 questions for 150 marks, has been introduced by TNPSC.
  2. There are a total of 75 questions in the general studies portion covering topics such as geography, history, politics, economics, current affairs, and general science.
  3. Next is the Aptitude part, which consists of 25 objective questions designed to assess candidates’ aptitude and mental capacity.
  4. To the updated TNPSC Group 4 Syllabus, TNPSC has eliminated the General English/General Tamil component.
