THDC India Limited Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Tehri Hydro Development Corporation has set out the requirements for candidates who wish to apply in 2025 for positions as an engineer or executive. Candidatures will be rejected if they do not meet the requirements. Please read the requirements before applying for THDC Recruitment.
Educational Qualifications
Each post has a different educational requirement. For example, candidates applying for Engineering posts need to have an Engineering degree. Those who are applying for HR executive positions must hold the MBA. Candidates for Finance must be qualified in CA/CMA. The table below summarizes other qualifications.
Candidates must have completed B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg.)/in relevant Discipline from a recognized University or institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India with not less than 60% marks
Candidates have 01 year of post qualification experience in the Executive/Officer cadre with a minimum 100 MW capacity of Hydro Power Project OR Supercritical Thermal Power Plants in any functional areas of Construction/Erection & Commission/ O&M/ Contract Management/ Contract Operation/ Project Monitoring/ Design & Engineering/ Corporate Planning
Electrical Engineer
Candidates must have completed B.E/B.Tech /B.Sc (Engg.)/in relevant Discipline from recognized University or institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India with not less than 60% marks
Mechanical Engineer
Candidates must have completed B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.)/in relevant Discipline from a recognized University or institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India with not less than 60% marks
Geology & Goo-Technical Engineer
Candidates must have completed a Degree in M.Sc. (Geology)/M.Sc. (Applied Geology)/M.Tech. (Applied Geology)/Integrated M.Tech. in Geological Technology/ M.Tech. in Engineering Geology (should have studied Geology at Graduation level) from recognized Indian University/ Institute approved by AICTE with minimum 60% marks or equivalent or equivalent grade in Master’s degree.
Minimum 01 year of postqualification experience in Executive/Officer cadre with minimum 100 MW capacity of Hydro Power Project OR Coal Mines in field of Geological and Geo-physical related works
Environment Engineer
Candidates must have completed B.E/B.Tech with M.Tech. in Environment Engineering from recognized Indian University or Institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India with not less than 60% marks.
Minimum 01 year of postqualification experience in Executive/Officer cadre with minimum 100 MW capacity of Hydro Power Project OR Supercritical Thermal Power Plants OR Coal Mines in field of Environment related works
Educational Qualification
Mining Engineer
Full Time degree in Mining Engineering with minimum 60% or equivalent grade from recognized University/Institute by appropriate statutory authority in India. And Valid First-Class Manager’s Certificate in Coal from DGMS.
Minimum 01 year of postqualification experience in Executive/Officer cadre in field of Coal Mining
Human Resource (Executives)
Candidates must possess MBA with Specialization in Personnel Management (HR as Main or Major Subject)/HRD/HRM with minimum 60% marks or Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management/IR/Labour Welfare with minimum 60% marks or Minimum 2 years full time Post Graduate Diploma in PM& IR/ Labour Welfare with minimum 60% marks or Masters in Social Work or MHROD from recognized university/Institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority.
Minimum 01 year of postqualification experience in Executive/Officer cadre in various HR functions in State/ Central Government Department(s)/ Institution(s)/ Undertaking(s) and/ or Large Private Sector Organization(s)/ Institution(s)/ Company(ies) of repute, as an employee of that Organization
Executive (Finance)
Candidates must posses CA/CMA qualified, from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/The Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
Minimum 01 year of postqualification experience in Executive/Officer cadre in Finance/ Accounts Department
Wind Power Engineer (Group B)
Candidates must have complete the B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.)/in relevant Discipline from a recognized University or institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India with not less than 60% marks
Minimum 01-year post qualification experience in executive / officer cadre with minimum 50 MW capacity Wind Power Project in Erection & Commissioning/ O&M related works
