State Bank of India Clerk Mains Exam Date 2025
In April 2025, the SBI Clerk Mains test will be held for the candidates who qualified for the preliminary exam. Depending on the number of candidates that qualified in the preliminary round, the exam will either be held over one or two days, with only two shifts each day. This will be the last step in the selection process, but afterwards a qualifying local regional language test will be administered. On the basis of the Mains exam scores, the final merit list will be created.

100 questions total, split between sections on English language, quantitative aptitude, and reasoning ability, will make up the preliminary exam. Every right response will receive one mark, while every wrong response will result in a deduction of 0.25 marks. Each section has a time limit of 20 minutes, and the exam lasts 60 minutes (1 hour) in total.
All portions of the SBI Clerk Mains exam will be bilingual (in Hindi and English), with the exception of the General English examination. The questions will be objective in nature. For incorrect responses in the objective tests, a quarter of a mark will be deducted. The exam will last two hours and forty minutes, with segment scheduling for every section.
