After the notification PDF was made available, the RRB Group D Apply Online process got underway. To be eligible to take the RRB Group D Level 1 Exam 2025, candidates interested in RRB Group D positions must apply online by March 1, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. The deadline for online applications was previously February 22nd, however, it has been extended to March 1st, 2025.
The required application fee, listed in the table below, must be paid by candidates interested in RRB Group D Recruitment 2025. The fees must be paid online using net banking, credit, and debit.

Amount of Refund (When Showing Up for CBT)
For GEN/OBC: After participating in the first stage of the CBT, 400 rupees of the Rs 500 fee will be reimbursed, after bank fees have been deducted.
For SC, ST, PWD, women, ex-SM, transgender, minorities, and economically disadvantaged individuals, the Rs 250 cost will be reimbursed after deducting any applicable bank fees at the time of the first stage of the CBT.

How to Apply for the 2025 Railway RRB Group D Hiring
The processes listed below must be followed by candidates to submit their online applications for RRB Group D Recruitment 2025.

Select the link labeled “New Registration.”
After registering for the test, include your name, birthdate, parents’ names, Aadhaar number, SSLC/Matric registration number, graduation year, mobile number, and email address on the registration form.
Upon registration, candidates must verify their email address and mobile number using an OTP.
To log in on the main page, enter your password and registration number.
In Part I of the application website, candidates were asked to provide details about their educational background, community, gender, religion, ex-servicemen, CCAA, minority status, economically disadvantaged class, age relaxation, and other information.
In Part II of the application website, candidates had to indicate which positions they preferred or prioritized.
Using Online Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, and Offline Challan, candidates were taken to the payment page after completing their application details.
The exam language had to be selected by the candidates.
Applicants are required to provide the information from a legitimate photo ID card.

By the format, candidates had to upload scanned copies of their signatures and photos, while SC/ST candidates had to upload their category certificates.
In addition to applying, candidates had to accept the terms and conditions.
RRB Group D 2025 Qualifications
The nationality, level of education, and age limit will be used to determine the eligibility requirements for RRB Group D. Only applicants who meet the RRB Group D Eligibility Criteria listed below will be chosen for the RRB Group D recruitment procedure. CCAA-certified applicants are eligible to apply for Railway Group D CCAA Recruitment 2025, according to an eligibility update for RRB Group D 2025.
Country of origin
The applicant needs to be either:
a. an Indian national, or
b. a Nepalese national, or
c. one of Bhutan’s subjects, or
d. a Tibetan refugee who arrived in India before January 1, 1962, to relocate there permanently, or
e. an individual of Indian descent who has moved to India permanently from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, and East African nations Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam.
f. With the caveat that a candidate who falls into one of the aforementioned categories (b), (c), (d), or (e) must be the owner of an eligibility certificate issued by the Indian government.
Qualifications for Education (as of February 22, 2025)
The RRB Group D 2025 Exam is open to candidates who have earned a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) from NCVT, an ITI or its equivalent, or a 10th-grade diploma.
Unless otherwise noted, candidates for the Level-1 position must be Act Apprentices or ITIs with completed courses.
Those who are awaiting the results of their final exam for the necessary technical proficiency or minimum level of education are not eligible to apply.
Applicants who have finished the Complete Act Apprenticeship program in any trade.
Maximum Age (as of January 1, 2025)
Applicants who are between the ages of 18 and 18 may apply for the Railway RRB Group D test. and 36 on January 1, 2025. According to the rules, age relaxation is offered.
