RBI JE Bharti 2025 : Educational Qualification
Junior Engineer (Civil)
Candidates with a minimum of three years Diploma in civil engineering from an Institute, University or Board recognised by the government and a minimum of 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD).
Candidates with a degree in civil engineering from an accredited university and a minimum of 55% (45% for SC/ST/PWD).
Experience: Minimum 2 years for diploma and 1 year for degree in the relevant trade.
Junior Engineer (Electrical)
Candidates with a minimum of three-year Diploma in Electrical or Electrical and Electronic Engineering, from a recognized Institute or University or Board. Minimum 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD).
Candidates with a degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronic Engineering (with 45% marks for SC/ST/PWD) from a recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 2 years for diploma and 1 year for degree in the relevant trade.

RBI Recruitment Selection Process
Two stages of the selection process will assess both language and technical skills.
Candidates will be required to answer an objective test of 300 marks in the first stage of Online written examination. The test includes English language, engineering disciplines and reasoning abilities. The test is available in Hindi and English, except for the English section.
The Language Proficiency Test is the next stage for candidates who pass the written exam. This test measures the candidate’s ability to speak the local or regional language of the RBI zone for which they are applying.
