To create a shortlist of applicants for the Mains Exam, the preliminary exam will be placed on March 23, 2025. Only TGT Arts, TGT (Odia), TGT Science (PCM), and TGT Science (CBZ) will take the preliminary exam. Odisha LTR Teacher Admit Card 2025: Exam Date for Odisha LTR Teachers Is Out
On March 23, 2025, the OSSSC LTR Teacher Preliminary Examination 2025 for TGT Arts, Odia Science (PCM), and Science (CBZ) will start. At several testing locations around the state of Odisha, the exam will be administered offline using an OMR-based format. For positions as a Hindi teacher, Sanskrit teacher, Telugu teacher, Urdu teacher, or physical education teacher, there is no prerequisite exam. Along with the admit card, the exam schedule will be provided, including the day, time, and location.

2025 OSSC LTR Teacher Salary
Those chosen for positions as Leave Training Reserve (LTR) Teachers will get a monthly stipend in addition to other benefits and allowances. Candidates for the positions of Physical Education Teacher would receive Rs. 29200, while those for TGT, Hindi Teacher, Classical (Sanskrit) Teacher, Telugu Teacher, and Urdu Teacher will receive Rs. 35,000.
Teacher of Physical Education: Rs. 29200 according to Group-C, Cell-1, Level-8
For other teacher positions, the salary is Rs. 35,000 according to Group-B, Cell-1, and Level-9.
