According to the official schedule, the NEET UG 2025 exam will take place on May 4, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (IST), lasting 180 minutes (3 hours).
Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu are among the thirteen languages in which the test will be administered.

Note: NTA eliminated the optional questions in Section B for NEET UG 2025, hence applicants won’t have the additional options or longer time allotted during the COVID-19 era. Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following qualifying requirements in order to apply for NEET registration in 2025:
Candidates must have completed Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core courses in Class 12 (or its equivalent) from an accredited board.
Class 12 minimum scores are 50% for general candidates, 40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates, and 45% for PwD candidates.
To finish the registration process, candidates must be at least 17 years old on December 31, 2025.
There is no upper age limit for applications in accordance with NEET qualifying requirements.
Indian citizens, foreign nationals, Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs), Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs), and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) are all eligible to register for NEET 2025.

The NEET UG Registration Form 2025 for admission to undergraduate medical programs throughout India has been formally released by the NTA. To successfully finish the application procedure, candidates must pay the NEET 2025 registration cost. The application fees for the various categories are listed below:
