SSC Results: Staff Selection Commission announces the SSC Tier 1 exam results via its website. Candidates who have taken the SSC MTS Tier 1 written exam between September 30, 2024 and November 14, 2024 are eligible to take this exam.
Despite the lack of an official announcement, it is expected that the Commission will release the results soon, as per past trends. Once the results are announced, candidates can check and download them from ssc.gov.in.
SSC MTS Result 2025 Tier 1
The SSC Tier 1 Exam was conducted in the past between September 30 and November 14 2024, for topics such as General Intelligence & Reasoning (GIR), General Awareness (GA), Quantitative Aptitude (QA), and English Comprehension.
The Commission will release the MTS preliminary answers on its website by November 29, 2024. The candidates can raise objections until December 2, and after that, the Commission is expected to release the final answer key with the results for the Tier 1 Exam.

SSC MTS Result 2024 What’s Next
According to the selection process, all candidates who are shortlisted for Tier 1 will be eligible to take the Physical Endurance Test and Physical Measurement Test rounds, which are only conducted for Havaldar posts. Candidates are required to participate in the PET events, which include 1,600 meters of walking and 8 kilometres of cycling.
SSC MTS 2024 Posts Details
The goal is to fill 9583 MTS and Havaldar positions across the country. Of the total 9,583 positions, 6,144 of them are for Multi-Tasking Staff Non-Technical and 3,439 for Havaldar.

SSC Multi-Tasking Staff – Exam Overview
The SSC MTS exam 2024 was administered in two separate sessions using a Computer Based Test (CBT).
Session I: This assessment assessed candidates’ Numerical, Mathematical and Reasoning Ability as well as Problem-Solving and Problem-Solving skills.
Session 2. The focus of this segment was to evaluate candidates’ abilities in English Language and Comprehension and General Awareness.
The exam lasted 90 minutes. Each session had 45 minutes. In Session 2, a negative scoring system was used, with 1 mark deducted for each incorrect answer. This emphasized the importance of accuracy and careful answers.
On December 18, 2023 in PDF format, the Cutoff Marks for SSC MTS & Havaldar were published on the official website. Total 1346 candidates qualified for MTS while 383 qualified for Havaldar. The minimum qualifying marks for SSC MTS General, OBC/EWS and other categories is 30%, 25% and 20% respectively.
