Dr Sudha Vemaraju

Dr Sudha is an Assistant Professor in the area of Marketing. She has eight years of experience in teaching and research. Her areas of interests include Marketing Management, Retail Management, Services Marketing and Rural Marketing. Dr Sudha was the University topper and gold medallist in MBA from Andhra University.
She is a PhD from JNTU, Hyderabad and Post-Doctoral Fellow at IIT, Delhi for an internationally funded project in the area of ICTs and Development for women in developing countries by International Development Research Centre, Canada.
Her specific research interests are consumer buying behaviour & branding in Indian Retail context, Information and Communication Technologies & Development (ICTD), Financial Inclusion and Skill Development in Rural India. She is an active contributor to the international journals and conferences of repute. She has won the best paper awards in conferences/workshops both at national and International level.
Dr Sudha has also completed IRB Training on human subject research protections conducted under the terms of Michigan State University’s Federal-Wide Assurance with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Before joining here, she has taught at School of Management Studies, Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad.
