Dr Divya Kirti Gupta
Dr Divya Kirti Gupta has more than 17+ years of work experience in teaching, training and consulting. She holds Ph.D. in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) from Banasthali University, Banasthali and is an MBA from WISDOM, Banasthali University. Her Ph.D. is a pioneering work on CSR in the country.
Holding several distinguished positions Dr Gupta has made concrete contributions, nationally and internationally. She was the key contributor of the drafting committee of ISO26000 (International Guidance Standard on Social Responsibility by ISO, Geneva) and currently holds the position of Developing Countries elected representative in ISO26000 Strategic Advisory Group. She is Fellow of LEAD-India, and member of organizations of national and international repute.
Her interest areas are: Organization Behaviour, CSR and sustainability, Holistic Corporate Management, & Management Thought and Perspectives. She has contributed nationally and internationally though workshops, seminars and conferences. She has 20 national and international publications to her credit, has guided two doctoral dissertations and is the author of the book titled ‘Journey of Management Research at IBA, Greater Noida: 2006-2013’.
Dr Divya Kirti Gupta has rare distinction of working as management expert at grass-root level with social and Non-Governmental Organizations, such as UNFPA, Jaipur; Prayas Sansthan, Chittorgarh; Astha, Udaipur and Center of Science for Villages (CSV), Wardha.
She has conducted capacity building programmes and MDPs for Indira Gandhi Panchyati Raj & Gramin Vikas Sansthan (IGPRGVS), Jaipur; ZMI, Noida; PMI, NTPC, Noida; Indian Aviation Academy (IAA), AAI, Delhi; Standards Users, Malaysia and ISO, Geneva. For her assignments, she has widely travelled within the country and across the continents.
